- 1: Use your certificates to get a job or advance your career
- At each level, you may take a quiz. If you pass and complete all the exercises for that level, you will receive a certificate which will enhance your CV and improve your chances of getting a job or advancing your career.
On completion of the programme up to Tutor Level, you will receive an additional Certificate in Business Acumen.
On completion up to Expert Level, you will receive an additional Certificate in Business Acumen and Entrepreneurship.
- 2: Start your own business
The practical knowledge you will gain from playing 'Banango Traders' may enable you to start and manage your own business.
'Banango Traders' teaches you about business management, financial management, pricing strategy, competition and many other key aspects of setting up and running a sustainable business.
- 3: Win prizes for top results in the Hall of Fame
The BTOL Hall of Fame displays the top achievers at the Starter, Learner and Tutor level in the annual “Banango Traders” On Line (BTOL) Results.

If scores are tied to 2 decimal places, the prize is shared.
Hall of Fame prizes will be based on results for games concluded in each calendar year from 1 January to 31 December of each year.
